Did you know that hotels pay some portion of your booking to various marketing channels such as Expedia or other in-house marketing efforts, depending on how you book? Well when you book with a travel advisor, the hotel pays us that amount instead. How amazing - you are supporting a small business!

We often secure rates that match or even beat those available online. We sometimes have access to exclusive pricing or special offers, as well. If by chance our rates are slightly higher, the enhanced value and personalization will make it worth using an advisor.

We totally understand obsessing over vacation planning. However, do not leave VIP perks on the table! If you know the hotel you want to stay at, email us the name and we will get you booked with possible perks.

Absolutely! We can add loyalty and membership numbers to bookings so you can earn points. If you have any brand loyalties, please share this with me during our call or on the inquiry form.

We can do what's called a takeover booking, if you booked directly with the hotel and not with points. Please email your hotel confirmation to cassie.mcelfish@fora.travel and we'll ask the hotel to add our agent ID. This will allow us to add complimentary VIP perks and there will be no other changes or charges added to your reservation.

This answer depends on the type of trip you want to take. We recommended booking at least 5-8 months in advance to when you know you are ready for a trip. But we can also book last-minute trips & sometimes those are our favorite to book!

Your refund will be depend on your reservation and if it is refundable/nonrefundable. We always recommend booking refundable rates due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a date change, Cassie McElfish Travel will change the reservation twice as a complimentary service. After the second change, Cassie McElfish Travel will have to charge a service fee of $100 for the time allotted to make the changes. In the event of a cancelation, we will cancel your trip and hope to get you rebooked ASAP!
